Maa-Althahab is a Subsidiary brand from MAISON DE MAA Group a leading and most famous fragrance brand in the Middle East and Africa. Founded in 2006 the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.

Primary Function:

Create visual text and imagery concepts by hand or using computer software communicate ideas that inspire inform or captivate consumers. Develop and shape the overall layout and production design for the visual aspects of websites books magazines product packaging exhibitions corporate reports and more.

Key Performance Areas:

- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement size type size and style and submitting them for approval.

- Communicating with Creative Director about layout and design.

- Handling the entire process of defining requirements visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations logos layouts and photos.

- Study design briefs and determine requirements

- Schedule projects and define budget constraints

- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

- Develop illustrations logos and other designs using software or by hand

- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

- Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback

- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Core Competency Framework:

Knowledge

- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field.

- Understanding of marketing production website design corporate identity product packaging advertisements and multimedia design

Experience

- 2-3 years of proven graphic designing experience.

- Experience as a graphic designer demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign Illustrator Photoshop)

- Video editing and Motion Graphics design experiences preferred.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

- A strong eye for visual composition a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

- Have a natural eye for design and color and design imaginative content that effectively resonates with their audience.
