At Wolt were about more than just food. Were building a tech platform that connects merchants couriers and customers in the best way possible. As a Restaurant Development Specialist you will join our Restaurant Development team acting as a strategic partner for our existing restaurant partners. You wont just be managing accountsyou will be a growth consultant using data to help restaurants optimize their operations improve their menu and maximize their profitability and sales on the Wolt platform.
What youll be doing
- Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio
- Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants
- Becoming a key knowledge source and go-to person for restaurant-related strategies
- Be a visible partner in the field: You will dedicate 2 days a week to face-to-face meetings with your partners and build stronger relationships.
- Actively drive sales growth and leveraging Wolts various promotional tools
- Train and onboard Tier 1/Tier 2 venues
- Collaborating closely with Finance Analytics and Marketing teams to address restaurant needs
- Using data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners on a daily basis
Our humble expectations
- Proven experience in key account management or business development (1-3 years)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with a diverse range of partners from restaurant owners to managers and adapt your approach accordingly.
- Strong technical skills and logical thinking.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth.
- Self-motivated proactive and results-driven.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English a must.
- Deep understanding of the restaurant industry including knowledge of industry trends challenges and restaurant needs. - an advantage
