The Role
We are actively seeking a high-performing Group Sr. Strategy & Expansion Specialist to join our Strategy department you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the Group Strategy & Expansion Manager you will spearhead market expansion efforts deliver critical market intelligence and ensure operational agility as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Lead competitive analysis and formulate go-to-market strategies for new geographies and business verticals.
- M&A & Corporate Development: Support deal screening target profiling market sizing and preliminary valuation while actively maintaining the M&A pipeline.
- Research & Market Intelligence: Own the Research Requests Management process to deliver vital competitor industry and market insights for leadership decisions.
- Project Management (PMO): Drive strategic initiatives from inception to delivery effectively managing timelines resources risks and various stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the connective tissue between Technical/Product and Commercial/Operational teams to strictly align product roadmaps with overarching business targets.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Continuously monitor KPIs and market trends to recommend necessary pivots or accelerations in our strategy.
- Operational Excellence: Identify potential bottlenecks in our scaling process and implement structural improvements to boost overall organizational agility.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven professional experience in related roles.
- Industry Background: Prior experience working within the Research Consulting Tech or SaaS industries.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects. PMP Prince2 or Agile certifications are a strong plus.
- Strategic Alignment: Proven track record of implementing frameworks like OKRs or Balanced Scorecards to align diverse teams toward a unified goal.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Superior presentation and communication skills capable of influencing C-level executives and technical teams alike.
