Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. As the Chief Marketing Officer you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive the growth of our organization. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify market trends develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness attract new patients and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repositioned the brand strategy and launched new equity-driven campaigns to strengthen market presence and restore brand salience.
  • Enhanced the visual identity and digital experience across all online platforms improving design content quality and user engagement resulting in growth
  • Developed and executed both short-term and long-term marketing strategies for multi-country operations across Egypt Saudi Arabia and Nigeria ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Optimized marketing budgets achieving cost reduction while reallocating investments toward higher-impact initiatives to improve overall marketing efficiency.
  • Established market research frameworks to continuously track brand performance analyze consumer insights and monitor competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Led cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution and feasibility of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Directed integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns introducing a refreshed visual identity that enhanced the customer experience and brand consistency across branches.
  • Designed customer-centric engagement strategies aimed at increasing customer loyalty retention and brand advocacy.
    Promoted a data-driven marketing culture leveraging analytics and performance metrics to improve decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment.
