Role Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineer with a strong privacy and regulatory focus to support enterprise privacy programs regulatory compliance and data subject rights management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design review and implement privacy policies procedures and guidelines
- Maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and privacy risk evaluations
- Monitor compliance with privacy policies and provide periodic management reporting
- Manage data subject rights requests in line with regulatory requirements
- Support privacy training and awareness initiatives
- Assess and manage privacy risks related to third-party vendors
- Collaborate with Legal Cybersecurity IT and Compliance teams
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Law Information Security Computer Science or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in privacy data protection or regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL NDMO Regulations and GDPR
- Experience conducting PIAs/DPIAs and managing Data Subject Requests
- Experience drafting data processing agreements and privacy clauses
- Strong understanding of privacy by design and by default principles
- Certifications such as CIPP/E CIPM CIPT ISO 27701 or ISO 27001 are highly desirable
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder coordination skills
