ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities
Enforce HSSE policies procedures and safe work practices across the offshore site.
Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Risk Assessments (RA) and Toolbox Talks.
Monitor compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) system for all construction activities.
Lead safety inspections audits and hazard identification programs.
Ensure proper use of PPE safety equipment and emergency response tools.
Investigate incidents near-misses and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate emergency response drills (fire evacuation man-overboard etc.).
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Level 6 HSSE Certification (NEBOSH Level 6 NVQ Level 6 or equivalent).
Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET HUET H2S Medical Fitness).
Strong knowledge of offshore structural construction activities and hazards.
15 years of experience as HSSE Officer in offshore structural construction projects
