Description

We are seeking a qualified and experiencedIT Project Team Leaderto lead the planning coordination and successful delivery of complex IT projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing multidisciplinary technical teams and overseeing the implementation of large-scale information systems that support organizational objectives.

The IT Project Team Leader will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle including planning execution monitoring and delivery. The role requires close coordination with technical teams stakeholders and senior management to ensure projects are completed on time within scope and in line with quality standards.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring project progress identifying risks ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and maintaining proper project documentation. Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements

Bachelors degree inComputer Engineering Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
Minimum of7 years of professional experience in IT project management.
Proven experience managingat least two projects involving the implementation of large-scale information systems preferably withininfrastructure or public sector environments.
Demonstrated experience inleading and managing multidisciplinary software development teams.
Strong knowledge ofproject management methodologiessuch as Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
PMP certificationor an equivalent project management certification ispreferred.
Excellent leadership organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication abilities.
Solid understanding of theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)and IT project governance.
