Our client is a major project-driven organisation delivering large-scale construction and infrastructure programs across Saudi Arabia. Procurement is a strategic function supporting cost quality and delivery certainty.

The Role

The Director will lead procurement strategy sourcing and contract negotiations across major projects. This role will oversee supplier selection contract frameworks and performance management. A key focus will be driving value transparency and risk mitigation across procurement activities. The Director will work closely with project teams finance and legal functions. This role will also support early contractor involvement and strategic sourcing initiatives. The position carries significant commercial and operational influence.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior procurement leadership experience within construction or project environments. Strong exposure to contract negotiation and supplier management is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong commercial judgment governance discipline and leadership capability. Professional procurement or commercial qualifications are advantageous. The ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments is critical.
