Brief Role Description:

The Associate HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of HR strategies by utilizing data-driven insights and operational expertise to drive business outcomes. Working closely with the HR team this role focuses on collecting analyzing and interpreting complex workforce data to guide decision-making in areas such as talent acquisition employee engagement performance management and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that positively impact the organization. While prior experience in HR is preferred candidates with strong analytical budgeting or process coordination backgrounds in related fields such as finance or business operations are also encouraged to apply as these competencies are highly transferable to this role.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.

Experience: 3 years of experience in HR data analysis or a related function. Fresh graduates with strong analytical or organizational experience (e.g. student leadership finance internships) are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus.

Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
