ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Expert with 5-7 years of overall experience including 4 years focused on infrastructure and IT Operations Management. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain ServiceNow instances ensuring optimal performance availability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ServiceNow instances MID Servers integrations and platform upgrades
- Perform cloning backups system health checks and performance tuning
- Ensure platform access control security and compliance
- Support and configure ITOM modules including Discovery and Orchestration
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize ITOM workflows across infrastructure environments
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Discovery / ITOM Implementation Specialist certification
- Strong understanding of infrastructure integrations and ITOM best practices.
