Public Relations Officer - SASREF PROJECT

Location: Jubail Industrial City Saudi Arabia
Department: Administration / Project Support
Reports To: Project Manager

Job Purpose

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all regulatory coordination and site access requirements for company personnel working on refinery and industrial projects in Jubail Industrial City. The role supports project mobilization by coordinating contractor registrations employee site access badges vehicle permits and compliance with Royal Commission and refinery security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate contractor manpower registration and documentation for project mobilization under the main contractor.

Manage employee site access procedures including Jubail Industrial City gate passes and refinery access badges.

Coordinate with main contractor teams to process subcontractor personnel registration and access approvals.

Liaise with Royal Commission and industrial security departments for site entry permissions and regulatory compliance.

Support processing of employee documentation including residency records medical tests and site entry requirements.

Coordinate vehicle registration and access permits for company vehicles entering refinery or industrial facilities.

Maintain accurate records of all access permits regulatory approvals and manpower documentation.

Assist project teams during regulatory inspections and site audits.

Resolve administrative or regulatory issues affecting site access or manpower mobilization.

Requirements

Minimum 46 years experience as PRO in Jubail Industrial City

Proven experience supporting refinery or industrial projects

Experience coordinating contractor manpower registration and site access procedures

Strong familiarity with Royal Commission procedures and industrial security requirements

Experience working with EPC contractors or subcontractors

Strong coordination skills with project teams and contractor management systems

Fluent Arabic and English

Valid Saudi driving license

Saudi National

Salary Range

SAR / month
