Role and Responsibilities:

To manage the project technically and contractually organize plan schedule and control the fieldwork minimize extra costs for changes requested by the Client and/or other Consultancies and Authorities. Plan and supervise a wide range of construction and design projects from start to finish. Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed promptly
Planning and estimating Change control – documenting and control of site events Scope definition management Communication with stakeholders and Risk Register. Develop full coordination with MEP Consultancies and Contractors for all MEP systems for all test requirements required inspections factory start-up of major equipment factory acceptance testing project and vendor documentation requirements and integrated test plans. Coordinate in house (HAI) for full Structural and Architectural design and construction phase coordination.

Working knowledge of plans prints specifications and schematics associated with the trade
At least 15 years of construction experience with working knowledge of civil architectural mechanical electrical and plumbing local Construction procedures and practices

Qualifications
University Degree Chartered through a relevant and appropriate institution. MMUP Certified Grade A PMP certified preferred.

Experience
Min 15 years’ Experience on a construction site with min 7 years experience in Project Management
Experience of international construction practices is highly valued for this position.
Min 10 years’ Work experience in the construction industry in Qatar is MANDATORY
