We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D Designer / Artist with 35 years of experience to join our Art Department. The role involves translating business briefs into compelling visual concepts and developing designs from initial rough layouts to final print-ready artwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design revisions ensuring high-quality output and meeting project deadlines.
The successful candidate should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and AI design tools with strong time management skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in activations booth designs event branding or experiential marketing is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Attend and review business briefs to understand project requirements.
- Analyze project details and define design requirements.
- Estimate the time required to complete design tasks.
- Research and gather relevant materials and information for projects.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into visual designs.
- Create initial layouts and design drafts for review.
- Present concepts and designs to management for approval.
- Refine and develop designs based on feedback.
- Prepare and present final artwork to management and stakeholders.
- Handle design revisions and required amendments.
- Finalize all project deliverables including print-ready files and design forms.
- Ensure designs meet brand standards and project objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: 35 years in Graphic Design or related field.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related discipline (preferably from GUC or AUC).
- Experience working in BTL agencies activation agencies or event-related industries is preferred.
- Previous experience in booth design activations trade shows interior setups or beach club concepts are highly desirable.
- Understanding of design trends and their application in commercial environments.
