Your new role
As Consumer MarketingManageryouwillbe at the forefront of digital health innovationcreating strategies that tackle the complete patient journey and executing campaigns that deliver measurable impact. Youwillwork across all eligible digital channels to engage patients activate influencers and build solutions that truly matter.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying gaps and opportunities to develop comprehensive GLP-1 consumer strategies that drive business growth across the patient journey.
Developing and executing omnichannel consumer campaigns coordinated across all eligible digitalchannels.
Driving innovative digital health marketing initiatives by mapping engaging and activating scientific and social influencers to maximize ROI.
Lead retention strategies and solutions and collaboration with the Digital Health Manager ensuring strong market fit.
Training the salesforce on new solutions and supporting them with compelling materials and clear value propositions.
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including sales HCP marketing commercial excellence and medical affairs teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Your skills & qualifications
Werelooking for a creative andan analytically mindedmarketing professional who thrives inthe digitalspace and has a passion for patient-centric innovation. You should bring:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Pharmacy ora relatedfield (Mastersdegree preferred).
Minimum 6yearsof experience in consumer and/or pharmaceutical marketing including campaign management and analytics directly targeting consumers.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful consumer and digital marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools platforms and techniques including SEO PPC social media marketing email campaigns and content marketing.
Strong strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making skills to analyze market research consumer trends and campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) to effectively convey complex ideas to stakeholders team members and external partners.
Creativity and innovation in creating engaging marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand.
Project management excellence with the ability to manage multiple campaigns deadlines and resources efficiently.
