Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic B2B team.
In this role you will act as the key link between clients warehouse and delivery teams ensuring smooth timely
and accurate order fulfillment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of the delivery
process from start to finish wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating deliveries between clients warehouse and delivery
teams
Schedule and manage deliveries based on each clients specific requirements (gate passes special
handling restricted delivery windows etc.)
Provide clients with accurate and timely updates on order status and delivery schedules
Verify invoices and all required paperwork before dispatch
Ensure compliance with client-specific procedures including handling of major accounts such as Aramco
Quickly identify and resolve logistical issues during order fulfillment
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in logistics coordination supply chain or a similar role (preferably in a B2B
environment)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deliveries and client requirements
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Experience handling Aramco deliveries is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
