Position: HR Manager
Location:Al Khobar Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Important Notice: This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals in accordance with local workforce localization initiatives.
Position Overview
Experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage Human Resources operations for our activities in AlKhobar Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations managing HR administrative processes and supporting the organization in maintaining effective HR practices and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily Human Resources operations in compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies.
Administer and maintain HR activities through relevant government platforms including GOSI QIWA Muqeem and other regulatory systems.
Oversee payroll coordination employee records management and HR documentation.
Support recruitment activities onboarding processes and employee relations matters.
Provide guidance to management on HR policies procedures and regulatory compliance.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the HR team ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.
Requirements
1015 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR government platforms.
Experience in payroll administration and HR operations.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in the Oil & Gas sector will be considered an advantage.
