About this job:

Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Billing & Invoicing Assistant.

POSITION IN THE COMPANY

The Billing & Invoicing Assistant will support the preparation and processing of invoices by compiling staff attendance preparing billing summaries coordinating with the finance department and ensuring invoices are submitted and uploaded to the client system. The role also involves tracking invoices and following up on payments.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and review staff attendance records from site supervisors.
Prepare billing summaries based on verified attendance for submission to the finance department.
Coordinate with finance to ensure invoices are prepared accurately and on time.
Send finalized invoices to clients after approval from the finance department.
Upload invoices to the Aerchain system and confirm successful submission.
Track invoice status
Maintain proper records of attendance billing summaries and invoices.

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.

01 year of experience in billing invoicing or administration.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Fluent in English language
