Business & Requirements Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives processes and pain points.
- Gather analyze and document business functional and non-functional requirements
Solution & Delivery Support
- Collaborate with IT vendors and project teams to support solution design and delivery.
- Support system enhancements integrations and new implementations
Documentation & Communication
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD) functional specifications and process flows.
- Maintain traceability between requirements design and delivered solutions
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure solutions align with IT standards security and governance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
