A positive and promising Ballet Studio and PilatesLagree Hybrid Studio in Riyadh is seeking a talented and passionate Ballet & Pilates Teacher to join their growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to work across both a childrens ballet studio and a high-level Pilates/Lagree studio within a beautifully designed modern environment.

About the Role

You will divide your time between the Ballet Studio and the Pilates (Reformer Tower & Barre) Studio.

Schedule:

2 days a week: Based at Ballet Studio

3 days a week: Based at Pilates (Reformer Tower & Barre) Studio

2 days off per week (as confirmed by management)

Ballet Studio (Brio Junior Season Standard Term)

- Conduct Ballet classes for children aged 3

- Create a nurturing structured and inspiring classroom environment

- Manage studio flow and ensure a smooth parentchild transition (minimizing separation anxiety)

- Prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals and events

- Support social media content creation for both studios

Pilates (Reformer Tower & Barre) Studio

- Deliver 4 high-quality group classes per day

- Teach ReformerTower & Barre

- Provide premium-level instruction aligned with boutique studio standards

- Opportunity to deliver personal training within working hours (commission-based)

Ballet Off-Season (MayAugust)

- Full-time transition to Pilates (Reformer Tower & Barre) Studio (5 days per week)

- Potential involvement in Summer Programs/Camps (TBC)

Candidate Requirements

- Female

- Fluent English (spoken & written)

- Minimum 3 years Pilates experience (from a recognized institution in-person training)

- Strong Ballet academic background

- Experienced teaching children from age 3

- Experienced in events and stage preparation

- Mat Reformer & Tower certified (minimum)

- Open to international candidates

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: SAR(negotiable up to SAR 13000 for the right candidate)

- Commission: 35%

- 10% Transportation Allowance

Working Hours

- 8-hour straight shifts
