ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do
- Monitor production environments to ensure system health alert management interface/service availability and batch/billing watchpoints.
- Manage the ITSM ticket lifecycle: create classify collect evidence update follow up and validate incident closure.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports including daily trackers shift handovers escalation notes and SLA/KPI inputs.
- Coordinate onsite with Salam IT/Ops teams for faster validation log collection and confirmation of business impact.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement AI-driven initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

- Experience in ITSM tools and incident management lifecycle.
