ملخص الوظيفة
- Develop implement and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQPs) Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements for electrical and ICA scope.
- Conduct and witness inspection and testing activities for electrical installations SCADA systems PLCs control panels field instrumentation cabling grounding and lighting.
- Review and verify vendor documents material submittals calibration certificates FAT and SAT reports for compliance with Ashghal and QCS 2023 standards.
- Perform site inspections and audits to verify that works are executed as per approved drawings specifications and standards.
- Ensure traceability of all QA/QC documentation and maintain up-to-date records in line with the Ashghal documentation protocol.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant QA/QC experience with at least 3 years on Ashghal infrastructure or water projects.
- Familiar with Ashghal s Quality Management System (QMS) and documentation standards.
- Strong understanding of ICA systems including SCADA PLC RTU sensors actuators and communication protocols (MODBUS Profibus Ethernet etc.).
Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Science / Environmental Health or related field. Certified in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent. Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings. Proven experience in managing Permit to Work systems.
