Communications Lead Morocco

YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a Communications Lead to strengthen its Global Affairs team in Morocco. Youll be the guardian of Glovos reputation the architect of its storytelling and the go-to person for ensuring effective information flow to all stakeholders in a highly exposed industry.

THE JOURNEY

What You Will Do

• Strategic and operational planning: Develop and execute communications strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
• Stakeholders engagement: Build strong relationships with top-tier media journalists influencers and opinion leaders.
• Content creation: Develop corporate storytelling/narrative and ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints & Develop various materials such as press releases interviews op-eds Q&As talking points for leadership videos social content.

• Reputation and crisis management: Anticipate track and mitigate reputation risks by monitoring media/social coverage and providing insights and recommendations &  Develop and manage responses to crisis situations.

• Digital Management: Manage the companys digital presence as part of the overall communication strategy/plan. 
• Public Affairs/Government Relations support: Support Public Affairs initiatives with narrative development briefing documents stakeholder materials and event preparation & Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure message consistency globally.

• Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications :

What You Will Bring to the Ride

• 5 years of experience in Communications Public Affairs Journalism Corporate Affairs or PR agency.
• Excellent writing skills in Arabic French & English.
• Excellent organisational communication and presentation skills and strong ability to multitask
• Remarkable attention to detail and high quality work standards
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• High energy and creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset
