ROLE OVERVIEW:
Were hiring a Client Success & Growth Manager to own client relationships and ensure our roofing clients see consistent results.
You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams managing communication driving accountability and making sure leads are handled quickly and marketing execution stays on track.
This role blends client success with hands-on lead management directly impacting client retention appointment volume and long-term account growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Success & Account Management
Lead onboarding calls and set clear expectations
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Provide structured weekly updates
Track client performance and satisfaction
Prevent churn through proactive communication
Identify opportunities for account growth
Ensure deliverables align with scope and timelines
2. Lead Management & Appointment Setting
Monitor and respond to inbound leads inside CRM
Call and text leads immediately (speed-to-lead is critical)
Qualify prospects and book appointments directly into client calendars
Follow up on no-shows and cold leads
Maintain accurate and organized pipelines
3. Internal Coordination & Oversight
Coordinate with Ads SEO and content teams
Ensure tasks are tracked and completed on time
Communicate client feedback clearly and efficiently
Proactively resolve delays and bottlenecks
You are not responsible for campaign execution you are responsible for ensuring execution happens.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Within the first 90 days you will:
Confidently manage your own client portfolio
Maintain strong professional client relationships
Ensure smooth onboarding and communication
Drive follow-ups without supervision
Demonstrate ownership and accountability
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
24 years of experience in client-facing roles
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Confidence speaking with U.S.-based clients
Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel HubSpot Salesforce or similar)
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana Slack Google Drive Zoom)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Organized detail-oriented and proactive
Preferred:
Marketing or agency background
Experience with home services or construction industries
Startup or fast-growth environment exposure
