Description
Requirements
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) to meet specific business and functional requirements.
- Develop plugins workflows and custom solutions using JavaScript TypeScript and Dynamics CRM Software development Kit.
- Create Power Platform components including Power Apps Power Automate flows and Dataverse integrations.
- Support integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions and REST APIs.
- Conduct data migrations system testing and performance tuning for deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional designs into technical solutions.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications configuration guides and deployment steps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay up to date with the latest platform updates best practices and new features in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures maintaining confidentiality integrity and compliance in every aspect of the role.
