On behalf of our client we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for safeguarding profitability through disciplined cost estimation and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis on price risk.
- Validate supplier quotations during bid stage.
- Review and interpret contract conditions.
- Prepare interim valuations and payment certificates.
- Manage variations and extension-of-time claims.
- Track committed vs actual costs.
- Identify margin erosion risks early.
- Provide revised cost forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Registered with AQRB (Architects & Quantity Surveyors Registration Board) Preferred
- 5 - 8 years experience
- Demonstrated experience preparing BOQs and valuations
- Experience handling variation claims and contract administration
