ملخص الوظيفة
The ideal candidate will bring strong consultancy supervision experience and technical expertise in mechanical systems for large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all mechanical works on-site in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
Review and approve shop drawings material submittals and method statements.
Monitor installation of HVAC plumbing fire fighting and other mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and project quality standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams contractors and stakeholders.
Conduct inspections testing and commissioning follow-ups.
Prepare technical reports and provide professional recommendations to the Client.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience with:
At least 8 years in GCC countries.
Minimum 3 years with an Engineering Consultancy firm (Supervision role).
Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of international codes and Saudi regulations.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ready to join immediately.
