SolarEdge is seeking an experienced and hands-on Team Leader to drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment.

This role will be responsible for managing a diverse and high-impact team including Marketing Product Marketing Technical Writing and Training professionals.

The Team Leader will set direction define priorities and ensure high-quality execution across all GTM initiatives supporting the C&I business.

The role owns the end-to-end GTM marketing framework - including positioning and messaging product launches sales enablement training programs and technical content - driving market adoption and supporting revenue growth across global markets.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinker strong operational leadership and execution-driven leader. Someone who can define priorities to meet business needs align cross-functional stakeholders and personally dive into content messaging and launch execution.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in Product Marketing / Marketing roles in B2B technology.
  • Direct people-management experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience leading successful product launches.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling value-driven messaging.
  • Experience working in global organizations and matrix environments.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel define clear priorities and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
  • Advantage: Strong understanding of commercial/energy/solar or adjacent technical industries.
