OsoolTree Company is looking for a hands-on Project Site Supervisor to oversee structural and finishing works across its residential developments in Riyadh.
This role requires strong on-site presence to supervise contractors monitor quality track progress against schedules and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate is disciplined detail-oriented and capable of maintaining strict site control.
Tasks
- Conduct regular site inspections during structural and finishing stages
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors on daily site activities
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor construction quality and report deviations immediately
- Track actual progress against the approved project timeline
- Prepare weekly reports including progress percentage delays risks and photo documentation
- Follow up on site observations until full closure
- Verify completed work before contractor payment approval
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained
- Attend coordination meetings and provide clear updates to management
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in residential projects
- Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Firm and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to manage multiple project sites within Riyadh
