Your Role:
- Support for project controlling as well as organizational and administrative tasks
- Support in the billing/invoicing process
- Hardware management (customer-specific)
- Controlling of onboarding processes
- Interface function between operational departments
- Preparation of cost-benefit analyses risk analyses reporting and SLA management
- Project documentation and archiving
- Process documentation
Your Profile:
Your working style is hands-on youre a team player and you have strong social skills. Additional attributes include:
- You have successfully completed a bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field and have initial professional experience in project support
- Very good user skills in MS Office / Office 365 especially Excel Teams and PowerPoint
- Above-average attention to detail in handling tasks
- Independent action and task management
- Excellent German and good English skills both written and spoken
