General:

Responsible for Batch manufacturing Powder/liquid as per production plan and ensure full adherence of producing planned orders Ensure the full compliance to the company Quality and EHS procedures & Control Requirements and all polices. His working area in Production units powder/Liquid.

Scope:

Report to Production Team leader. Responsible for achieving production plan Full compliance with EHS and Quality procedures and Policies

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for batch manufacturing following Quality and EHS procedures Full adherence to agreed production plan without any delay follow and stick to agreed leave plan and not taking any unauthorized leave Responsible for implementing cleaning and sanitization procedures during equipment cleaning and during changeovers Follow all quality procedures related and not limited to ILVT HACCP CCZ GMP Maintain organized and clean working environment by following Quality GMP and 5S rules and procedures Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all safety guidelines are updated according to standards and having these strictly implemented throughout job site. Reporting immediately for any quality EHS observation and machine breakdowns to his supervisor Conducted Production manager for any safety quality or compliance issues.

Key Competencies:

Results Orientation Customer Orientation Problem Solving Ability to work under pressure and team player. Fast learner accurate- punctual- attention to details. Hard worker willing to accept challenges.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Candidates should have at least a high school degree or any diploma certificate

Experience:

2 to 5 Years experience in a similar position.
