An Accommodation Manager is responsible for managing all employee accommodation operations under the Human Resources Department ensuring suitable housing standards compliance and smooth coordination with operational departments to support workforce requirements.

What will I be doing

As an Accommodation Manager reporting to the Human Resources Department you will oversee all aspects of employee housing to ensure safe compliant and well-maintained accommodation facilities. Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and supervise all employee accommodation facilities

  • Ensure proper room allocation in coordination with HR (new joiners transfers separations)

  • Maintain accurate accommodation records and occupancy tracking

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local housing regulations

  • Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure cleanliness safety and maintenance standards

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with Engineering or external vendors

  • Monitor utility consumption and control accommodation-related costs

  • Handle accommodation contracts and lease agreements

  • Address employee accommodation concerns in coordination with HR

  • Ensure fair and transparent allocation procedures

  • Plan accommodation capacity in line with manpower planning

  • Supervise accommodation attendants or related support staff

  • Provide periodic reports to HR management on housing status and utilization

  • Support HR in audits and compliance requirements

  • Assist other departments when required

WWhat are we looking for

  • Previous experience in accommodation housing or facility management

  • Experience in hospitality or large workforce environments preferred

  • Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance standards

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills

  • Budget monitoring and cost control experience

  • Good communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
