Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient ABAP Consultant to join our team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will bring 2.5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test and deploy custom ABAP programs reports interfaces enhancements and forms.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards.
- Support SAP modules such as SD MM FI and HR through technical development and troubleshooting.
- Optimize existing ABAP code for performance and scalability.
- Participate in SAP upgrade and migration projects.
- Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2.5 to 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in classical and object-oriented ABAP programming.
- Hands-on experience with SmartForms SAPScripts ALV Reports BAPIs BADIs User Exits and Enhancements.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 CDS Views and OData services is a plus.
- Good understanding of SAP functional modules and integration points.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

35 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture and data structures.
Experience with SAP NetWeaver and SAP ECC.
Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori and OData services is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
