This is a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv Israel with the expectation to be in the office on Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Israel or have sponsorship to live and work in Israel. #LI-Hybrid
What youll do at Jamf:

This isnt a crowded market - its a category being defined in real time.
As Senior Product Owner youllown the space between strategy and execution: translating roadmap initiatives into a prioritized backlog partnering with PMs and engineering to ship features thatprotect the highest-risk individuals in organizations worldwide and coaching other Product Owners to raise the bar across the team. This role needs someone who can move fluently betweentechnical depth and business context communicate clearly andlead without authority.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Drives and facilitates relationships with engineering teams and stakeholders to create and maintain the Product Backlog by continuously defining user stories prioritizing backlog items and evaluating scope
- Maintains and synthesizes cross functional teams records of development status and backlog priorities in project tracking software (e.g. Jira)
- Directs and inspires multiple engineering teams to build the most valuable product in the smallest shippable increments with measurable high quality to fulfill Jamfs vision
- Defines acceptance criteria for each assigned product increment and validates outcomes during and after delivery
- Works with Product Managers and Engineering team(s) to break down work into increments small enough to plan and estimate with high confidence
- Defines Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and suggests metrics for monitoring and usage
- Deep understanding of the technology stack architecture and technical constraints of the technical product to make informed decisions and guide development efforts.
- Documents and Guides technical integrations and dependencies
- Acts as the final decision maker to define what is in and out of scope for a product sprint
- Identifies communicates and mitigates when possible the risks to their product development plans
- Participates in Scrum ceremonies and events
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned areas of responsibility by frequently communicating with customers and stakeholders in order to serve as the voice of customer for engineering teams
- Mentors and coaches other Product Owners on the core product owner responsibilities and about Jamf customers products and operations
- Leads efforts to improve Product operations collaborating with Product Managers and Product Leadership
- Lead cross portfolio collaboration to develop deliver and maintain software in working with senior stakeholders in both product and engineering.
- May perform individual duties of a product manager to bridge the gap between business objectives and product development.
- Performs other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures
What we are looking for:
Required skills and knowledge:
- Minimum of 5 years working with leading and motivating teams
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Product Owner experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering quality products
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred skills and knowledge:
- Experience as a member of a complex team such as distributed/remote or international
- Minimum of 5 years delivering product in an Agile development environment
- Minimum of 5 years working with the Atlassian software suite
- Bachelors degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science Engineering)
