Qualifications :

- Strong command of international cuisine with the ability to incorporate local Saudi culinary traditions and flavors into menu development
- Demonstrated creativity and passion for culinary innovation with a keen awareness of current food trends and guest preferences
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP protocols food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards
- Solid understanding of food cost management yield analysis inventory control and supplier performance evaluation
