Role Description

Were looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Consultant to join our vibrant team! As the Senior Consultant you will be responsible for summary.
Leverages in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to gain market share and increase operational efficiencies. Provides technical and consultative leadership for Consulting technical solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements focused on an industry or service offering. Requires an in-depth understanding of an organizations business industry requirements and systems.

Accountabilities
Understanding the customers strategic organizational and business challenges and offers solutions as they relate to the future business environment and operational objectives
May include analyzing requirements implementation customization integration and documentation for the customer project management change management etc.
Works closely with Sales pre-sales project managers other consulting team members and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode
Leads solution and proposal development once project goals and objectives have been defined.

Complete knowledge and full understanding of area of specialization principles and practices within a professional discipline

Assesses unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify causes

Resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach

This job is the fully qualified experienced professional journey-level position

Problem Solving

Works on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Devises solutions based on limited information and precedents and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues

Uses evaluation judgment and interpretation to select right course of action

Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points

Experience & Qualification:

Bachelors degree in business IT Engineering or a related field (preferred).

Typically requires 5 years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelors degree; or 3 years with a masters degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience

Proven leadership experience in consulting or related fields.

In-depth understanding of industry requirements and business environments.

Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Proficiency in consulting tools project management tools and solution design frameworks.
