Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our growing CRM and Digital Customer Experience practice. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design implement and optimize Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather analyze and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
Design and configure Salesforce applications using standard features and best practices
Implement Salesforce solutions across clouds such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
Customize Salesforce using Flows Validation Rules Reports Dashboards and where needed Apex LWC and SOQL
Participate in full project lifecycle activities including design development testing deployment and postgolive support
Integrate Salesforce with thirdparty systems using APIs and middleware tools
Provide functional and technical guidance to junior team members
Ensure solution quality security and scalability in alignment with Capgemini delivery standards
Support user training UAT and change management activities
Contribute to presales activities solution estimations and proposal development when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
3 years of handson experience with Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security model and automation tools
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce Consultant (Sales/Service Cloud) preferred
