ملخص الوظيفة
Role Summary:
The Product Lead role is focused on supporting Caseware revenue growth through product consulting implementation support client demonstrations training delivery and after-sales support with a strong emphasis on customer onboarding retention and sales enablement.
Key Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in External Audit and/or Audit Consulting
- Practical experience using Caseware solutions
- Ability to deliver client demos presentations and training sessions
- Experience supporting implementation projects and after-sales support
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably ZOHO CRM)
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and professional English communication
Requirements
- Minimum 46 years of proven experience in External Audit / Audit Consulting with direct exposure to Caseware and client engagement delivery.
