Job Description:

The Senior Advisor Services Project/Program Management leads and oversees the development execution and delivery of the companys products and services through coordination with cross-functional and departmental teams. This clientfacing typically billable role ensures the successful installation implementation and acceptance of capital equipment enterprise software or integrated system solutions. The position requires deep technical understanding advanced project leadership and the ability to guide teams through complex initiatives while aligning with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects or project-related activities within defined scope schedule budget and quality standards.
• Lead the endtoend project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and client acceptance.
• Collaborate with external clients/customers to ensure technical compatibility and successful delivery.
• Oversee installation configuration and acceptance of capital equipment enterprise software or integrated systems.
• Coordinate crossfunctional and interdepartmental teams to ensure timely and budgetaligned delivery.
• Mediate internal conflicts and resolve competing priorities across teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet contractual technical and compliance requirements.
• Analyze complex issues involving multiple variables and propose effective solutions.
• Determine methods processes and procedures for new or unfamiliar project assignments.
• Apply judgment in selecting adapting and evaluating advanced techniques to accomplish project goals.
• Ensure completed work aligns with departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Typically requires 8 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelors degree; or 6 years with a Masters degree; or 3 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding English communication both verbal and non-verbal.
• Advanced wideranging professional knowledge with strong business and technical acumen.
• Ability to develop refine and resolve complex project models procedures and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of interrelationships among technical operational and business disciplines.
• Ability to apply existing principles and contribute to the development of new processes and ideas.
• Proven ability to creatively solve complex issues and deliver effective outcomes.
