- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and revenue for the luxury hotel
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other senior leaders to develop an overall marketing strategy that supports the hotels business objectives
- Manage the hotels website social media channels email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
- Work with internal stakeholders to create and distribute effective collateral materials including brochures flyers and other marketing materials
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to drive occupancy and revenue during low season periods
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure that marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively
- Manage the marketing budget and make recommendations for how to allocate resources to maximize ROI
Qualifications :
We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can display a passion for perfection and work in a dynamic addition the candidate should possess:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative and effective marketing campaigns
- Experience managing social media channels and email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing marketing data to make data-driven recommendations
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors and agencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage a marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
