Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics Business Administration Marketing Statistics or related field.
4–6 years of experience in market research economic analysis or strategic planning.
Experience in real estate logistics economic zones or government-related sectors is preferred.

Job Purpose
To support strategic decision-making by conducting market research industry analysis and competitive assessments related to economic zones logistics parks and industrial developments. The role will provide data-driven insights to enhance investment attraction business development and sector growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market studies and sector analysis to identify growth opportunities within target industries.
Gather and analyze primary and secondary data related to market trends competitors pricing benchmarks and investor behavior.
Prepare feasibility studies and demand forecasts for industrial and logistics developments.
Monitor local regional and global economic trends impacting investment and economic zones.
Develop research reports dashboards and presentations for senior management.
Support business development and investment teams with market intelligence and insights.
Assist in benchmarking Manateq’s offerings against competing economic zones in the GCC region.
Maintain databases and research repositories for ongoing strategic planning.

Required Skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau/SPSS is an advantage.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Qatar/GCC market dynamics is preferred.
