Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership.

As a luxury hospitality brand we are looking for someone who reflects professionalism discretion and attention to detail while embodying the spirit of our Heartists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars meetings and appointments

  • Coordinate internal and external communications

  • Prepare reports presentations and confidential documents

  • Arrange travel itineraries and logistics

  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational requirements

  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times


Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant preferably in hospitality

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and poise

  • High level of discretion and reliability
