As a luxury hospitality brand we are looking for someone who reflects professionalism discretion and attention to detail while embodying the spirit of our Heartists.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars meetings and appointments
Coordinate internal and external communications
Prepare reports presentations and confidential documents
Arrange travel itineraries and logistics
Support day-to-day administrative and operational requirements
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant preferably in hospitality
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and poise
High level of discretion and reliability
