Youll lead the architecture build IVR and routing strategies deploy conversational AI and ensure seamless end-to-end implementation of enterprise-grade solutions.
What Youll Be Doing
- Designing end-to-end *Genesys Cloud CX architectures* (voice digital AI)
- Building enterprise-grade *IVR flows* using Architect
- Configuring *routing queues skills and advanced logic*
- Deploying *AI Studio bots AI Guides Agent Assist predictive routing*
- Supporting CRM & backend integrations using *APIs and webhooks*
- Leading UAT go-live and post-launch optimization
- Delivering rapid enhancements across multiple business units
What Were Looking For
34 years *hands-on* with Genesys Cloud CX (within total 57 years experience)
Strong IVR routing and queues configuration experience
Real-world implementation of *AI Studio conversational bots AI Guides*
Experience working with *vendors / system integrators*
Ability to work independently & deliver under tight timelines
Solid troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
