Job Summary
We are hiring a Pet Groomer for a reputed pet care facility in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for providing grooming and basic care services for pets while maintaining hygiene cleanliness and animal well-being standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform pet grooming services including bathing drying brushing and removal of knots and excess fur
Clean animals ears and trim nails as required
Monitor pets health during grooming or boarding and report any concerns to the veterinarian
Provide basic advice to pet owners on coat care skin care and animal behavior
Clean and sanitize grooming areas after each animal (floors tables and tools)
Disinfect grooming tools regularly including scissors combs towels water bowls and bath trays
Maintain overall cleanliness of clinic facilities such as floors shelves bins and waiting areas
Manage grooming and animal waste safely and hygienically
Ensure availability of hygiene supplies such as disinfectants wipes paper towels and garbage bags
Requirements
Experience:
Experience in pet grooming preferred but not mandatory
Training or basic knowledge in pet handling will be an advantage
