Job Scope:
The People Operations Lead oversees HR operations with a strong focus on labor law compliance payroll personnel administration and people management. This role ensures accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance manages employee records and lifecycle processes (onboarding contracts benefits leave) and supports employees relations company code of conduct compliance responding to employees inquiries and workplace culture. The position also ensures HR policy compliance and drives operational efficiency across people functions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations with strong expertise in payroll personnel administration and people management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices with experience in dealing with labor law offices and social insurance authorities.
- Experience handling employees relations performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy confidentiality and attention to detail.
