ملخص الوظيفة
- Manage all the activities related to the manufacturing of Rotating equipment at the vendor facility.
- Implementation of QA/QC activities at the vendor facility in accordance with approved QCP / ITPs Procedures and/or relevant
- codes and standards.
- Inspect the material and review the MTCs and ensure it meet the requirements as per the ITP.
- Attend stage wise witness and hold points and review of the inspection reports/test certificates as per the approved ITP.
- Attend all the NDT and testing related activities.
- Inspect the spare parts for the equipment as per the approved ITP
- Perform the coating inspection as per the approved ITP.
- Attend the FAT of the Rotating equipment at the vendor facility
- Review of Quality Dossier/ MRBs.
- Perform expediting services and submit expediting reports to the Company.
- Prepare and submit the Flash inspection report /Inspection Reports to the Company after the inspection on day to day basis.
- Identify and report any non-conformances observed and inform Company immediately.
- Liaise with Quality Engineer of vendor and Company to resolve the Quality related issues.
- Review the Companys yearly Inspection and corrosion monitoring plan of the Rotating equipment in service and give necessary
- inputs to the Operation team of the Company.
- Propose the inspection requirements and type of NDT required for it.
- Analyse the inspection results and define the asset condition and update the status to Operation.
- Check the alignment of the equipment.
- Participate in walk down and MRT document any deficiencies for punch list.
- Liaise with Operation team for the inspection and remedy works and performance testing of the equipment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Certification in AWS-CWI/CSWIP-3.1 or 3.2 will be an added advantage
- ASNT/PCN Certification in NDT level-II in RT UT MPI and LPT
- NACE or BGAS Level 2 certification will be an added advantage
- API-SIRE certification is considered as an advantage
- Shall have basic knowledge on vibration analysis and allowable limits for acceptance test during FAT and field test. Any accredited certification in Vibration Analysis preferred
- Shall have basic knowledge on instrumentation pertaining to proximity probes/RTDs installation on machines and their associated loops
- Minimum of 15 years experience as TPI and having experience in attending FAT of Rotating equipment package comprises of equipment like Centrifugal pumps Reciprocating Pumps Compressors C&A items Electrical items etc. at the vendor facility
- Previous experience in rotating equipment maintenance is considered as an advantage.
- Shall have excellent knowledge in the metallurgy destructive testing and corrosion test of the materials used in Rotating equipment
- Thorough knowledge of API 610 API 614 API617 API618 API 619 API 682 etc. and other international standards related to Rotating equipment
- Shall be fully conversant with PDO SP/ Shell DEP / international codes and standards for Electrical works.
- Written and oral communication skills with both individuals and groups.
- Read write and speak English. Willing to travel occasionally if required.
