Main responsibilities:
Planning of QAV annual audits within all the relevant departments (imp A&B Weld Anti-co CAMIC Logistics)
Conducting QAV audits in each shop as per the planned schedule (Actual process documentation)
Prevention of future occurrences-Conduct horizontal deployment (confirm and validate NMEG condition based on Japan request
Audit follow up (confirm closure of Non-conformances with manufacturing/Quality department)
Conduct first line audit compliance check in line with corporate requirements and ensure if there are gaps they are closed
Standard document architecture ensure adherence of Nissan engineering manuals throughout NMEG plan (All departments)
Support and participate in the region/functional requirements (AMIEO Region)- this includes constant communication with the region members (India UK NSA)
Constant communication/meetings with Japan CZ0 department
Monthly reporting to both Japan and Function (AMIEO)
Utilize two online systems (drive and AMS) to record non-conformances and close after confirmation
Non-conformance validations throughout the shops
Who we are looking for:
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering/Quality or equivalent
Fluency in English and Arabic
Automotive manufacturing experience needed
Auditing experience is preferable
Quality management system knowledge
Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Good computer/systems skills mandatory
