ملخص الوظيفة
- Monthly business reports in coordination with all sectors and functions
- Coordinate with all sectors with regard to applicable KPIs
- Issue the monthly consolidated report related to CRS functions
- Manage with all sectors / divisions for volume of clients orders / revenue / claims /. etc.
- Follow up the sectors action for clients who stopped / reduced their volume of work.
- Coordinate with sectors the outstanding status
- Follow up clients contacts of sectors (visits calls etc.)
- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys at planned intervals as per applicable procedures
Qualifications :
-Bachelor of Textile Engineering is a must.
-Alexandria residents
-Textile Engineer Experience (0 to 1 years in corporate Textile Industry)
-Very Good English
-Computer skills should be excellent.
