We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Sales to join our team in the Movenpick Resort El Sokhna - Egypt. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and maximizing revenue opportunities for our world-class facilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domestic and international all markets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and industry stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions
- Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts and proposals
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions
- Monitor and report on sales performance providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and relevant regulations
Qualifications :
The individual must possess the following knowledge skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of sales leadership experience
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage catering sales conference service and marketing management experience guest relations and etiquette
- Basic understanding of legal contract language
- Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the companys values
