Dopay a pioneering fintech Company transforming payroll solutions is looking for a skilled IT System Administrator to join our this role you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure ensuring operational efficiency and supporting our growing technology needs in a vibrant and collaborative environment located at the Greek Campus in downtown Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage configure and monitor servers and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform regular system maintenance updates and backups and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement security measures to safeguard the organizations data and infrastructure against potential threats.
- Assist in system migrations and upgrades in line with company growth and technological advancements.
- Provide support to internal teams regarding IT-related inquiries and issues.
- Document procedures configurations and system performance metrics to maintain clear operational records.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a related IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Hyper-V).
- Experience with ESXI technologies
- Proficiency in networking concepts and tools (DNS DHCP VPN firewalls).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Azure) is a plus.
- Strong Experience with Linux
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified CompTIA Linux) are an advantage.
