This is a rare opportunity to join the Rafa Nadal Academy Kuwait a globally recognised sports and performance brand inspired by the values and standards of elite tennis excellence.

We are recruiting two experienced service-led Personal Trainers to join this premium international sports and wellness destination. This is more than a gym role. Its an opportunity to represent a world-class sporting institution while building a highly lucrative personal training career in a high-performance environment.

The Academy is home to over 1000 members and continues to grow with a strong expatriate community and premium membership tiers. The facility combines elite sport fitness and lifestyle under one roof.

The Environment

You will be working in a multi-purpose high-end facility featuring:

• Four fully equipped gyms (including a dedicated women-only gym)

• Three group training studios

• Indoor and outdoor tennis courts

• Padel and squash courts

• High-performance training areas

• On-site restaurant and member facilities

Youll be supported by an experienced PT Manager and proactive sales team who actively drive personal training revenue through structured onboarding promotions and member engagement campaigns.

What Youll Be Doing

• Delivering 23 group classes per day

• Providing premium-level one-to-one and small group personal training

• Building and managing your own client base

• Working collaboratively with sales and management to maximise PT revenue

• Working 6 days per week 7-hour shifts (typically 12:0020:00) 1-hour paid lunch

• Contributing to a high-retention service-led training culture

About You

• Qualified and experienced Personal Trainer

• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• Energetic motivating and highly professional

• Confident delivering both 1-1 and group sessions

• Fluent in English

• Comfortable working in an international culturally diverse team

Package & Benefits

Base Salary: 600 KWD per month

Commission Structure:

• 20% of first 1500 KWD (approx. 60 sessions)

• 50% of all additional PT revenue

Accommodation: Subsidised accommodation at 250 KWD per month
Annual Leave: 30 days 14 public holidays (double pay if worked)
Relocation: Visa medical and flight covered
Meals: Subsidised lunch at on-site restaurant
Schedule: One day off weekly (typically Friday or Saturday) two consecutive days off once per month
